26 November 2014

English movie channel Star Movies will premiere the ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ on 30 November.

Airing at 9 pm, the movie will tell a story of self-discovery.
Star India English Cluster GM Kevin Vaz said, “The journeys and adventures we take in our lives professionally and personally are waiting for that first step which might look like a risk. At Star Movies no step, no move is too risky if it means that our viewers will be benefited by it. This weekend, let’s all take a cue from Walter Mitty to live life to the fullest and enjoy the wonderful journey called life.”
Directed by American actor, comedian and film-maker Ben Stiller, who also stars in this adaptation of James Thurber’s classic, the film sees Walter Mitty as a photo editor at ‘Life Magazine’ in New York who enjoys his work but is about to lose his job as the company shifts and downsizes.
He craves for more but lacks the courage and confidence to chase his dreams and come out of his shell. But when his job and that of his co-worker are threatened, he embarks on a transformational global journey that turns into an adventure more extraordinary than anything he could have ever imagined.
